THE METHOD

From gesture
to space

Each project begins with an artistic intuition and develops through painting, photography, digital composition and material research.

The original gesture is translated to architectural scale without losing its depth, irregularity or expressive character. The atelier directs each stage, from the first study to the final composition.

LORIS DRAGO

Loris Drago is an Italian artist whose practice explores the relationship between painting, decorative art and architectural space. 

After attending the Amedeo Modigliani Art School in Padua, he graduated in Painting from the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan. His professional experience spans artistic practice, curatorial work and more than a decade in the luxury textile and wallcovering industry. 

Through his atelier, he now creates original wallcoverings and bespoke decorative works, directing each project from its initial concept and painted gesture to its final architectural-scale composition
